Keep in mind that our scientists are not your typical stuffed shirts and do enjoy their weekends so there may be a delay in getting your response back to you (It usually takes our staff until around lunch time on Tuesday to recover from their weekend shenanigans; we do have a few dedicated staffers who have sworn off shenanigans on the weekends, but we've discovered that whenever we ask them to pick up the slack at the beginning of the week for their hung-over colleagues, they get all pouty and the resulting stress often causes them to relapse into shenanigan like behavior). Furthermore, our staff works so diligently on Tuesday afternoons catching up with their work that by Wednesday afternoons, they are pretty much all tuckered out and have their minds set on Friday nights when the shenanigans begin all over again.
It's not that our staff are stupid, but they spend so much time on weekends studying stupid behavior that it is very difficult for them not to get swept up into it (especially when a weekend coincides with a payday).
Questions submitted to The Dudding Institute become the propery of the Institute and may not be asked again elsewhere. Do not make us turn our attorneys on you; they are nasty, foul tempered people who are especially vicious while they are hung over, and unlike our clinical staff, our legal team rarely recovers from their hangovers until Thursday afternoons (if then).
